Buying Options:
Whole Beef: We can deliver it to the processor of your choice on a date you have scheduled. (With this option, you can choose to divvy up the whole animal however you wish.)
Whole Beef: You pick up your custom-cut animal at the Processor, and date we have designated
½ Beef: You pick up your custom-cut animal at the Processor & and the Date we have designated
We schedule beef to go into the Processor based on when the critters will be ready.
Look for announcements on the website and Facebook page for when those dates are made and the quantity available.
There is currently a waitlist, and if you would like to be added, just give us a call to be added.
To purchase a ½ or Whole Beef, there is a $250 down payment to secure your critter.
The current Price for 2025 is $3.75/lb hanging weight, with an average weight on a whole critter being 700lb.
Our processor of choice is Hetherington Meat Processing, which is North of Clinton, MO. They do an awesome job, and we are pleased to continue doing business as much as we can with them.
